Why I'm Sharing This

I spend my days helping people protect their health through the right insurance coverage. But I've also spent years investing in my own health from the inside out.

I'm an active cyclist, I follow a carnivore diet, and I practice 20/4 intermittent fasting — meaning I eat within a four-hour window each day. I'm not a doctor, and this isn't medical advice. This is simply what I do, what I've researched, and what works for me.

If you're on a similar path — prioritizing real food, clean supplementation, and physical performance — I hope this is useful.

The Foundation: PerfectAmino by BodyHealth

The single most important supplement in my protocol is PerfectAmino by BodyHealth.

Here's why it matters for anyone who trains fasted or follows a carnivore or low-carb diet:

Most protein sources — even high-quality ones — are only partially utilized by the body for actual protein synthesis. The rest gets converted to glucose or excreted. PerfectAmino is different. It's a precise blend of essential amino acids formulated for up to 99% utilization, meaning your body uses nearly all of it to build and repair muscle, collagen, and tissue — with virtually no caloric impact.

For me, that means I can take it during my fasting window before a ride and get the muscle-preserving benefit of protein without breaking my fast. That's a combination I haven't found anywhere else.

What I've noticed personally:

  • Better muscle retention while maintaining a caloric deficit
  • Faster recovery after long cycling sessions
  • No GI issues — which matters on carnivore where digestive load is already high
  • No sweeteners or fillers that spike insulin

BodyHealth also carries electrolytes, greens, gut support products, and sleep formulas — all built around the same commitment to clean, effective ingredients.

Why This Matters for My Clients

You might wonder what a health protocol has to do with insurance.

Everything, actually.

The seniors and families I work with are trying to protect something — their health, their finances, their independence. So am I. The difference between thriving at 70 and struggling at 70 is largely built in the decade before. The choices you make in your 40s, 50s, and 60s around food, movement, sleep, and supplementation compound just like a retirement account.

I help people plan for the healthcare they'll need. I also try to practice the kind of health that reduces how much healthcare you need.

If you have questions about Medicare, ACA health insurance, or your supplement protocol — I'm happy to talk.
